Terms and Conditions: WIN A PENFOLDS WINE CELLAR

1. Entry is open to all UK residents aged eighteen years or over, excluding the employees and agents of the Promoter, anyone professionally associated with the competition and their families.
2. The Promoter is Treasury Wine Estates of Regal House, 70 London Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW1 3QS
3. The start date of this competition is 28th November 2010. The end date of this competition is 31st December 2010. The draw date of this competition is in January 2011.
4. To enter the competition, purchase any two cases (can be mixed eg one case of Bin 28 and one case of Koonunga Hills Chardonnay) of Penfolds wine from Tesco Wine by the case during the promotional period.
5. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by Treasury Wine Estates by the closing date.
7. Winners will be drawn under independent supervision and will be contacted by phone or email within January. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the winner in the event that the prize winner cannot be contacted with a reasonable period of time.

10. The prize does not include anything not listed at paragraph 9 above.
11. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services, although the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent value. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into.
13. Entrants agree to take part in unpaid publicity (including photography and interview) if required. The Promoter will treat all personal information confidentially and will not disclose entrants’ detailed personal information.

If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion at any time.
15. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
