Hand harvested from vines on the southern side of the Wairau Valley, this is a classic New Zealand Pinot Noir. Delicious berry fruit and subtle spicy aromas with well balanced tannins. Will continue to develop for up to 6 years.

Waimea Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2009/2010, Nelson

The Waimea terroir and typical high sunshine have been captured in the production of this wine resulting in a ripe, concentrated style balanced by a clean, mineral structure. Aromas of ripe gooseberry and tropical fruit are complemented by delicate floral notes and mineral characters. The elegant, crisp palate will provide the ideal accompaniment to all kinds of seafood, particularly oysters.

Fairleigh Estate Chardonnay 2009, Marlborough

This Chardonnay is filled with ripe, concentrated, tropical and citrus flavours. Handpicking coupled with time honoured traditional winemaking techniques from Burgundy have resulted in a richly flavoured and finely structured wine. An excellent wine with poultry and white meats.
